📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Oversee daily operations of the restaurant, including kitchen, dining area, and customer service.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Manage staff schedules and ensure adequate staffing levels.
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed.
- Handle customer complaints and ensure resolution in a timely manner.
- Assist in the development and implementation of operational procedures.
- Participate in training and development programs for staff.
- Assist in the preparation of reports and financial statements.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Minimum 2 years of experience in restaurant management or a similar role.
- Proven track record of managing daily operations in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Familiarity with POS systems such as QSR Pro or similar.
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic knowledge of financial management and reporting.
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field is a plus.
