As a Compassionate Healthcare Assistant, you’ll assist in daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and meal preparation, ensuring residents receive the highest standard of care. You’ll also support our medical team by monitoring vital signs, administering medications, and documenting care plans. Our facility utilizes state-of-the-art equipment, including electronic health records and specialized medical devices, to ensure efficient and effective care delivery.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist residents with daily activities, including bathing, dressing, and meal preparation.
• Monitor and record vital signs, and assist with medication administration.
• Collaborate with the medical team to ensure residents receive comprehensive healthcare.
• Document all care activities and resident interactions in electronic health records.
• Promote a safe and comfortable environment by maintaining cleanliness and organization.
• Provide emotional support and companionship to residents.
• Participate in staff meetings and training sessions to stay updated on best practices.
• Report any changes in resident health or well-being to the medical team.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 1 year of experience in healthcare assistance, preferably in elderly care.
• Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) or equivalent.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems.
• Valid work permit and visa for Bali.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Commitment to providing compassionate and high-quality care.
