📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records using HRIS (Human Resource Information System).

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR roles, with a focus on employee relations and recruitment.
• Fluency in Mandarin, both written and spoken.
• Proficiency in using HRIS (Human Resource Information System) and other HR software tools.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with employees at all levels.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
• Certification in HR management or a related field is a plus.
