📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and deliver training programs to improve employee skills and knowledge.,Create and maintain training materials, including manuals, presentations, and videos.,Evaluate training needs and design programs to address those needs.,Conduct training sessions and provide ongoing support to participants.,Assess the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.,Collaborate with managers and employees to ensure training programs are relevant and effective.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in training and development.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in training and development.,Strong communication and presentation skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with training software and tools.,Knowledge of Indonesian language and culture.,Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
