📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist in the procurement of imported goods, ensuring compliance with international trade regulations.
• Coordinate with suppliers to manage orders, track deliveries, and resolve any issues that arise.
• Maintain accurate records of all import transactions using SAP and JDE systems.
• Monitor inventory levels and reorder supplies as needed to ensure smooth operations.
• Conduct regular audits of import processes to identify areas for improvement.
• Assist in the preparation of import documentation, including commercial invoices and packing lists.
• Collaborate with the procurement team to negotiate favorable terms with suppliers.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in import logistics and supply chain management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in procurement or supply chain management, preferably in an import/export environment.
• Proficient in using SAP and JDE systems for procurement and inventory management.
• Strong knowledge of international trade regulations and customs procedures.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with suppliers and team members.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken, is a plus.
