📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Coordinate the movement of products from the warehouse to retail stores, ensuring timely and efficient delivery.
• Use our in-house logistics management system, including SAP and our proprietary dispatch software, to manage and track shipments.
• Communicate effectively with our retail partners, drivers, and warehouse staff to ensure smooth operations.
• Monitor and report on the status of shipments, identifying and resolving any issues promptly.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and ensure a safe working environment.
• Participate in training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge.
• Assist in the organization and maintenance of our logistics database.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of our logistics processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a logistics or dispatch role, preferably in the hardware or retail industry.
• Proven ability to manage and track shipments using logistics management systems like SAP.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with a diverse team.
