📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Provide direct patient care, including assessments, treatments, and monitoring.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans.
  • Document patient records accurately and maintain patient confidentiality.
  • Administer medications as prescribed and ensure medication safety.
  • Perform basic nursing procedures such as wound care, injections, and vital sign monitoring.
  • Educate patients and their families about their health conditions and treatment plans.
  • Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives.
  • Assist in the management of the nursing unit, including staff scheduling and resource allocation.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing (S1 Keperawatan) from an accredited institution.
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a clinical setting.
  • Valid nursing license and certification from the Indonesian Nursing Board (BAN).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in English (both written and spoken) is a plus.
  • Experience in a multicultural setting is a plus.
