📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Manage and grow our affiliate partnerships, ensuring that our affiliate network is optimized for maximum performance.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive engagement and sales through our affiliate channels.
- Monitor and analyze affiliate performance data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate with our marketing and sales teams to ensure that our affiliate programs align with our overall business goals.
- Provide training and support to our affiliate partners to help them succeed in their roles.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in affiliate marketing, and apply this knowledge to our programs.
- Report on the performance of our affiliate programs to senior management, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Ensure that our affiliate programs comply with all relevant laws and regulations.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in affiliate marketing or a related field.
- Proven track record of success in managing and growing affiliate partnerships.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and best practices.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using affiliate management tools such as CJ Affiliate, Rakuten Advertising, or ShareASale.
- Familiarity with Google Analytics and other analytics tools.
