📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Sous Chef in preparing and cooking meals according to established recipes and standards.,Maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene in the kitchen.,Stock and manage inventory of food and kitchen supplies.,Prepare and maintain food presentation to meet customer expectations.,Assist in training and mentoring junior kitchen staff.,Participate in menu planning and development.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Handle any additional duties as assigned by the Sous Chef or management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 1-2 years of experience as an Assistant Sous Chef or similar role in a professional kitchen.,Knowledge of Indonesian and international cuisine.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.,Good communication and teamwork skills.,Familiarity with kitchen equipment and tools.,Ability to lift and carry heavy objects up to 20 kg.,Valid food safety and hygiene certification is a plus.
