📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the planning, scheduling, and coordination of construction projects using tools like Procore and MS Project.
• Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
• Manage a team of construction professionals, including engineers, architects, and laborers.
• Conduct site inspections to monitor progress and address any issues promptly.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and subcontractors.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations and industry standards.
• Prepare and present regular progress reports to stakeholders.
• Identify and mitigate risks to ensure project success.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction project management, preferably in a tropical environment.
• Certification in Project Management (PMP) or Construction Management (CM) is a plus.
• Proven track record of successfully managing construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction software and tools, including AutoCAD and Revit.
