📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily warehouse operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.,Manage inventory levels, including stock receipts, transfers, and adjustments.,Coordinate with suppliers and customers to facilitate smooth logistics operations.,Implement and monitor warehouse safety protocols and quality control measures.,Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry regulations.,Conduct regular audits to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.,Train and mentor warehouse staff to enhance their skills and performance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in warehouse management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems and software.,Proven ability to manage and optimize warehouse operations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Must be fluent in both Indonesian and English.
