📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain the company's fleet of vehicles, ensuring they are in optimal condition for safe and efficient operation.,Oversee vehicle maintenance schedules, including oil changes, tire rotations, and other routine services.,Coordinate with mechanics and service providers to ensure timely and cost-effective repairs and maintenance.,Monitor fuel consumption and implement strategies to reduce fuel costs.,Track vehicle usage and ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.,Maintain accurate records of all fleet activities, including maintenance, repairs, and fuel usage.,Assist in the development and implementation of fleet management policies and procedures.,Provide support to the operations team as needed to ensure smooth and efficient fleet operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in fleet management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of fleet management software and tools.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.,Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
