📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage daily production operations to ensure efficiency and quality standards are met.,Monitor production schedules and ensure timely completion of production targets.,Conduct regular quality checks and inspections to maintain high-quality standards.,Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless production processes.,Implement and monitor production improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and productivity.,Maintain accurate production records and reports for management review.,Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards in the production area.,Train and mentor junior staff to develop their skills and knowledge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent experience.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in production supervision or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of production processes and quality control standards.,Excellent leadership and communication skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficiency in using production management software and tools.,Understanding of safety regulations and practices in the manufacturing industry.,Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
