📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Process cash deposits and withdrawals accurately and efficiently.,Handle customer inquiries and provide assistance with banking services.,Maintain and update customer account information.,Ensure compliance with all banking regulations and internal policies.,Perform regular reconciliation of cash and bank statements.,Assist in the preparation of monthly financial reports.,Provide excellent customer service and maintain a positive work environment.,Support the bank manager in any additional tasks as required.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Basic knowledge of banking and financial services.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.,Willingness to learn and adapt to new systems and procedures.,Previous experience in a cash handling or customer service role is a plus.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
