In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing warehouse operations, ensuring efficient inventory management, and maintaining a safe and organized working environment. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and shipping of goods.,Develop and implement inventory management systems to ensure accurate and up-to-date records.,Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and internal teams to facilitate smooth logistics operations.,Conduct regular inventory audits to identify discrepancies and implement corrective actions.,Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment.,Monitor warehouse space utilization and recommend improvements to optimize storage efficiency.,Train and mentor junior staff on warehouse procedures and safety protocols.,Prepare and analyze reports on inventory levels, warehouse performance, and operational metrics.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in warehouse management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of inventory management systems and software.,Familiarity with safety regulations and best practices in warehouse operations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel.,Valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle for transportation purposes.
