📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design and deliver training programs to improve employee skills and knowledge,Identify training needs and develop training materials and resources,Conduct needs assessments and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs,Collaborate with managers and employees to understand training requirements,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in learning and development,Provide coaching and mentoring to employees to support their professional growth,Measure and report on the impact of training programs on employee performance and business outcomes

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or a related field,Minimum of 3 years of experience in learning and development, training, or a related field,Strong knowledge of learning theories and instructional design principles,Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Strong organizational and time management skills,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
