PT Bintang Property is seeking a talented and motivated Account Executive to join our dynamic team. As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty. This is a remote position, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home while contributing to the success of our company.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty.,Identify and pursue new business opportunities to grow the company's client base.,Provide excellent customer service and support to clients, addressing their needs and concerns promptly.,Monitor client accounts to ensure they are meeting their financial goals and objectives.,Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop and implement effective sales strategies.,Prepare and present regular reports on client accounts and sales performance to senior management.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to provide valuable insights and recommendations to clients.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a sales or account management role, preferably in the real estate or property management industry.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.,Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools is a plus.,Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to meet tight deadlines.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a remote environment.,Fluent in both English and Indonesian languages.
