📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the recruitment process, including job advertising, interview scheduling, and candidate selection.,Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with local labor laws.,Oversee employee relations, including performance management, training and development, and conflict resolution.,Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to employees.,Manage employee benefits and compensation packages.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in HR.,Assist in the development and implementation of company-wide HR strategies.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records and reports.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR management, preferably in a remote or hybrid work environment.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English (both written and spoken).,Experience with HR software and tools is a plus.,Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.,Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
