Cafe Gita Restaurant is looking for a dedicated Shop Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing our inventory, ordering supplies, and ensuring that our customers receive the best possible experience. This is a remote position, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home while contributing to the success of our restaurant.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage inventory levels and ensure that all items are properly stocked and organized.,Place orders for supplies and manage the ordering process to ensure timely delivery.,Assist in the preparation of food and drinks, ensuring that all items are made to the highest standards.,Provide excellent customer service, assisting customers with their orders and answering any questions they may have.,Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring that all areas are tidy and ready for the next shift.,Work collaboratively with the team to ensure that all tasks are completed on time and to the highest standards.,Assist in the training of new staff members, ensuring that they are up to date with all company policies and procedures.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of the restaurant's overall strategy.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably in the food and beverage industry.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well with a diverse range of people.,Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Familiarity with inventory management software and processes.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Flexibility to work remote hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.,Valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle for delivery purposes.,Ability to lift and move heavy objects with ease.
