United Overseas Bank (UOB) is seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Client Service Officer to join our Premium Banking & Financial Solutions team in Denpasar, Bali. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the highest level of satisfaction for our premium clients. You will work closely with our team to deliver tailored financial solutions and build long-term relationships with our clients.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide exceptional customer service and support to premium clients.,Assist clients with their financial needs and ensure they receive the best possible solutions.,Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster loyalty and trust.,Collaborate with the team to deliver tailored financial products and services.,Monitor client accounts and provide regular updates on their financial status.,Ensure compliance with all banking regulations and internal policies.,Act as a liaison between clients and other departments within the bank.,Identify and address client concerns promptly and effectively.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in client service or banking, with at least 2 years in a senior role.,Strong understanding of banking products and services, particularly in premium banking.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Familiarity with banking software and systems is a plus.,Knowledge of local and international financial regulations is a plus.
