📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and manage the recruitment process from start to finish,Source and attract top talent through various channels,Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies,Conduct job interviews and make hiring decisions,Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements,Build and maintain relationships with potential candidates and employers,Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics to improve processes,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in a similar industry,Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines,Proficient in using recruitment software and tools,Knowledge of labor laws and regulations is a plus,Fluency in English and Indonesian is a plus
