📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement training programs that meet the needs of the organization and its employees.,Identify training needs and design and deliver training programs to address those needs.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.,Collaborate with managers and employees to ensure that training programs are relevant and effective.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in training and development.,Provide coaching and mentoring to employees to support their professional growth.,Manage the training budget and ensure that training programs are cost-effective.,Maintain accurate records of training activities and outcomes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in training and development.,Proven track record of developing and implementing effective training programs.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with training management software and other relevant tools.,Knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Ability to travel as needed.
