📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee and manage daily warehouse operations, ensuring smooth and efficient workflow.
• Develop and implement warehouse management strategies to optimize storage, picking, and shipping processes.
• Lead and mentor a team of warehouse staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
• Monitor inventory levels and implement reordering systems to maintain optimal stock levels.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
• Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
• Utilize warehouse management software such as SAP or WMS to track and manage inventory and operations.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices, and implement relevant improvements in warehouse operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in warehouse operations or a similar role.
• Proven experience in managing and leading a team in a warehouse environment.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse management software and systems.
• Certification in Warehouse Management (e.g., APICS Certified in Warehousing and Materials Management) is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
