📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Coordinate the entire mining permit acquisition process, ensuring compliance with local and national regulations.
• Develop and maintain relationships with government agencies, legal teams, and stakeholders.
• Prepare and submit permit applications, ensuring all required documentation is accurate and complete.
• Monitor permit deadlines and ensure all submissions are made on time.
• Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations for government meetings and approvals.
• Provide support to the team in resolving any issues or challenges related to permit acquisition.
• Stay updated with changes in mining regulations and ensure our processes are aligned with these updates.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of strategies for permit acquisition.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Law, Environmental Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in mining permits and regulations.
• Strong understanding of Indonesian mining laws and regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Experience with permit management software such as SAP or Oracle.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
