📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Perform a variety of nail treatments, including manicures, pedicures, gel nails, and acrylic nails.
- Provide beauty services such as facials, waxing, and massage therapy.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to spa hygiene standards.
- Recommend and apply nail and beauty products based on client needs and preferences.
- Keep up-to-date with the latest trends and techniques in nail art and beauty therapy.
- Assist in training and mentoring junior staff members.
- Collaborate with the spa team to ensure a seamless guest experience.
- Manage client appointments and maintain a professional and friendly demeanor.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Nail Artist & Beauty Therapist.
- Certification in nail art and beauty therapy (e.g., nail technician, esthetician, or similar).
- Proficiency in using nail and beauty tools, such as nail drills, LED lamps, and waxing equipment.
- Strong knowledge of spa hygiene and sanitation practices.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
