📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Consult with customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable Mazda models.
- Conduct vehicle demonstrations and test drives to showcase the features and capabilities of Mazda vehicles.
- Negotiate and finalize sales agreements, ensuring a smooth and transparent process for customers.
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
- Stay updated on the latest Mazda models, features, and promotions to provide accurate and compelling information to customers.
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
- Participate in training and development programs to enhance your sales skills and knowledge.
- Maintain a clean and organized showroom, ensuring a pleasant and inviting environment for customers.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Proven experience as a Sales Consultant or similar role in the automotive industry, preferably with Mazda vehicles.
- Strong understanding of Mazda models, features, and market trends.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet sales targets in a dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in English and Indonesian languages.
- Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or similar.
- Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
- Enthusiasm for luxury vehicles and a passion for customer satisfaction.
