As a Contract-Based Construction Professional, you will be part of a dynamic team working on large-scale infrastructure projects, including roads, bridges, and public buildings. You will have the chance to apply your expertise in project management, quality control, and safety compliance using industry-leading tools like AutoCAD, Revit, and Primavera P6. Your daily tasks will involve site supervision, ensuring that construction activities adhere to the highest standards of safety and quality.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Supervise construction activities to ensure compliance with project plans, schedules, and specifications.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and address any issues promptly.
• Ensure adherence to safety regulations and standards, including OSHA and local codes.
• Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to manage materials and equipment.
• Prepare and submit progress reports, change orders, and other documentation as required.
• Collaborate with the project team to resolve any construction challenges and maintain project timelines.
• Train and mentor junior staff on best practices and safety protocols.
• Participate in pre-construction meetings and site walkthroughs to ensure effective communication and understanding of project requirements.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction project management or a similar role.
• Proven experience with project management software such as Primavera P6, MS Project, or similar.
• Certification in Construction Management (e.g., CMCP, PMP) is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of safety regulations and standards, including OSHA and local codes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Familiarity with AutoCAD, Revit, and other industry-standard software.
• Valid driver's license and the ability to travel to various project sites across Bali.
