📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the daily operations of the school, ensuring compliance with national and international educational standards.
• Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance the school's academic and administrative performance.
• Manage and mentor a team of teachers, administrators, and support staff to ensure high standards of education.
• Ensure the school's adherence to international curriculum frameworks such as the International Baccalaureate (IB) and Advanced Placement (AP).
• Foster a culture of innovation, creativity, and continuous improvement within the school.
• Develop and maintain effective communication channels with parents, students, and stakeholders.
• Monitor and evaluate the school's financial performance, ensuring adherence to budgetary constraints.
• Represent the school at various educational and community events, both locally and internationally.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in educational leadership, preferably in an international curriculum setting.
• Proven track record of successfully implementing and managing international curriculum programs such as the International Baccalaureate (IB) or Advanced Placement (AP).
• Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team of educators.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with parents, students, and stakeholders.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Certification in educational leadership or a related field is a plus.
• Familiarity with educational technology and software such as Google Workspace for Education, Microsoft 365, and educational management systems like PowerSchool.
• Ability to travel for professional development and school-related activities.
