📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist in the preparation and delivery of fresh fruits and floral arrangements to customers.
• Serve and prepare a variety of beverages, including fresh fruit juices, smoothies, and mocktails.
• Support the front-of-house team by greeting customers, taking orders, and ensuring a smooth and pleasant dining experience.
• Assist with inventory management, including restocking and organizing fresh produce and floral materials.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, following health and safety guidelines.
• Maintain accurate records of sales and customer interactions using our in-house POS system.
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance your skills and knowledge.
• Contribute to the overall success of Halia Fruits and Bar by providing excellent customer service and a positive attitude.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 6 months of experience in a hospitality or F&B role, preferably in a similar establishment.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work well in a team and follow instructions.
• Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
• Familiarity with using a POS system and other relevant software.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 10 kg.
• Friendly, approachable, and customer-focused attitude.
